Yes, most of our model cars are in stock and ship quickly. In a few cases, we also offer models for pre-order. These are clearly marked in the shop, so you always know whether an item is available immediately or will be released at a later date.

Are your model cars new and in their original packaging?
The vast majority of our model cars are new and in their original packaging—exactly as collectors expect.
If a model differs from this (e.g., in the case of rare one-of-a-kind items or older collector’s models), this is always clearly noted in the product description.

Can the model cars be customized (e.g. with license plates)?
We currently do not offer customization of our model cars—this includes personalized license plates or modifications to the model. Our models are manufactured true to the original according to the manufacturer’s specifications and are designed to correspond as closely as possible to the real vehicle.

What does a 1:18 scale mean for model cars?
A 1:18 scale means that the model car is 18 times smaller than the real vehicle.
In other words: 1 cm on the model corresponds to 18 cm on the original.
A typical car with a length of about 4.5 m is therefore approximately 25–30 cm long at a 1:18 scale.
Why is 1:18 so popular?

How do I place an order?

Once your order is complete, you will receive an order confirmation via email.
Can I change or cancel my order after it has been placed?
Unfortunately, it is not possible to make changes or cancel an order after it has been placed, as orders are processed automatically and prepared for shipment immediately.
Will I receive an order confirmation?
Yes, once you’ve completed your order, you’ll automatically receive an order confirmation via email with all the important details.
If you selected bank transfer as your payment method, you’ll also find all the necessary payment information in the email.
What should I do if I haven't received an order confirmation?
Please check your spam or junk folder first. If you can’t find the email there, please contact our customer service so we can assist you.
Do I need a customer account to place an order?
No, you can also order as a guest. A customer account is not required.
Shipping and Delivery
How soon will my order be shipped?
We ship all orders within 1–2 business days. Each model is carefully packaged with shock-absorbing materials to ensure it arrives safely.
Delivery times vary by destination and are typically as follows:
- Germany: approx. 2–3 business days
- Europe: approx. 4–5 business days
- Worldwide: approx. 7–10 business days
Please note that in some cases, delays may occur that are beyond our control (e.g., due to customs clearance or shipping carriers).
How are the models protected during shipping?

Has my package been shipped yet?
As soon as we’ve packed your order, it will be picked up by our shipping partner, DHL.
You’ll then automatically receive an email with your tracking number and all important shipping information.

Please refrain from making individual inquiries about the shipment status. You can access all tracking information directly through our shipping partner, DHL.
Can I change my shipping address?
Unfortunately, it is not possible to change the shipping address after the fact.
As soon as we receive your order, it is processed automatically and prepared for shipment immediately. This allows us to ensure fast shipping, but we are unable to make any changes to the shipping address once the process has begun.
Please check your information carefully before completing your order.
How much are the shipping costs?
Within Germany, shipping costs just €6.95. Your order will be carefully and securely packaged to ensure everything arrives in perfect condition.
We’re also happy to ship your order internationally. Shipping costs are calculated fairly based on our zone model. Of course, we make sure to use extra-sturdy and protective packaging to ensure the safe transport of the model car and its original packaging.

Which countries do you ship to?
We ship your order worldwide. You can find a list of all the countries we ship to, along with the applicable shipping costs, on our “Payment and dispatch” page.
What do I need to keep in mind when placing international orders and orders outside the EU?
We ship worldwide—fast and reliably, right to your doorstep.
For shipments outside the EU, additional customs duties, taxes, or import fees may apply in some cases. These are levied by the authorities of the destination country and are not included in our price.
The good news:
- In many countries, orders below certain value thresholds are duty-free
- The process is usually straightforward
- We’ll assist you with all necessary shipping documents

If you choose to pay by bank transfer, please settle the invoice amount within 10 business days.
Is my payment secure?

How do I return an item?

How long do I have to return an item?
You may cancel your order and return it to us within 14 days of receipt.
In what condition must the items be returned?
Returns are only accepted if the items are unused, undamaged, and unopened. They must also be in their complete and undamaged original packaging.
Unfortunately, returns without the original packaging cannot be accepted.
When will I receive my refund?
Once we have received and inspected your return, we will refund the appropriate amount via your original payment method.
This usually takes a few business days.

We pack all model cars with the utmost care and use shock-resistant packaging, so damage is very rare.
